Trick-or-treat times announced for Jackson, Vinton counties

This year, trick-or-treat will be held in Jackson County the evening prior to Halloween, on Sunday, Oct. 30. Jackson County Dog Pound showcasing adoptable dogs

The Jackson County Dog Pound held a dog adoption event called “Paws on the Patio” recently at Happenings Bistro in Wellston. Wellston Lions Club Halloween Parade set for Oct. 27

The Wellston Lions Club has announced that its Halloween Parade and Costume Contest will be held on Thursday evening, Oct. 27. The parade will start promptly at 6 p.m. near Wellston Depot.
