Jackson celebrates ‘Opening Day’; Wellston, Oak Hlll events rained out
This past weekend, Opening Day activities to make the start of the summer baseball and softball programs were scheduled in all three Jackson County communities. The Red Diamond Club conducted its first-ever Opening Day activities on Friday evening with several related events. However, rainy weather on Saturday forced the cancellation of scheduled activities in both Wellston and Oak Hill.
