The leadership team for 2026 is now in place for the Jackson County Agricultural Society, better known as the Jackson County Fair Board.
The following seven persons were recently elected to new three-year terms on the Jackson County Fair Board: Josh Moon, Guy Waugh, Ryan Pelletier, Jamey Sexton, Sherri Wells, Angie Eisnaugle and Clayton Lewis. Jackson County Agricultural Society members were eligible to vote. The terms of the other 14 Fair Board members were not up for election this year.
On Tuesday, Nov. 11, the Fair Board members voted on officers for 2026. Chris Walls was re-elected as president, Jamey Sexton was elected as the new vice president, Gerald (Fuzzy) Fulkerson was re-elected as secretary and Kevin Wilson was re-elected as treasurer. Michele Elliott served as vice president in 2025.
