The Oct. 20 edition of Halloween Story Time drew a big turnout of children ages 3-7 and their parents to the Oak Hill Public Library on Thursday, Oct. 20. In addition to Story Time, there was pumpkin decorating and a costume contest with winners being selected in the categories for the scariest, prettiest, most original, and best overall costumes. Each child also received a free library book and a bag of goodies. Pictured are some of the top contestants in the Costume Contest. Even Library Director Peggy Johnston (back row) dressed for the occasion. The overall assessment of the library staff was that everybody had a lot of fun.
