Municipal Court open Thursday, Feb. 18 with Feb. 26 set as makeup date for non-attendees



The Jackson County Municipal Court was open on Thursday, Feb. 18 for full-service operations. However, Judge Mark Musick announced that those who were not able to attend proceedings during the day due to weather and traveling conditions, should instead come to the Court on Friday, Feb. 26 at the same time as they were scheduled for on Feb. 18.

Adena Family Medicine: Ironmen Clinic to reopen Monday



The Adena Family Medicine – Ironmen Clinic is set to reopen on Monday, Feb. 22, giving Jackson residents another option for close-to-home care. The clinic, located within Jackson Middle School at 21 Tropic St, Jackson, had been temporarily shut down as staff were redeployed to assist in other areas of the health system due to COVID-19.

Jackson driver strikes stopped vehicles on U.S. 35



The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a four-vehicle injury-related crash that occurred on U.S. Route 35 near Chillicothe, which involved a Jackson driver and a stopped Ohio State Highway Patrol vehicle.
