John Allen Downard, age 56, of Hamden, passed away Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020, at his home. In keeping with John’s wishes, his body was cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by McWilliams Funeral Home, Wellston.
