Ohio Governor Mike DeWine today announced that Ohio Department of Health Director Amy Acton, M.D., MPH has signed an order to prohibit mass gatherings in the state of Ohio.

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Ohio Department of Health Director Amy Acton have taken major steps to curb the ever-increasing threat of the coronavirus in Ohio, which will have major impacts on residents all over the state, including in Jackson and Vinton counties. The moves come as a fifth case of coronavirus was confirmed in Ohio – a 55-year-old man in Trumbull County in Northeastern Ohio.

OHSAA Postpones All Remaining Winter Tournaments
