One-vehicle crash on State Route 93 in Vinton County
The Jackson Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a one-vehicle injury crash that occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 20 on State Route 93 near mile post one in Clinton Township (Hamden Hill) just outside of Jackson County.

TransCanada hosts Buckeye XPress Open House in Oak Hill
TransCanada, the company that acquired the Columbia Pipeline Group just over a year ago, is currently in the pre-filing stages of the Buckeye XPress Project, which aims to replace approximately 65 miles of a 20-inch natural gas transmission line running through Jackson, Vinton, Lawrence and Gallia Counties.
